Program Ad Sales for Palmetto and State
5A |
For our Palmetto Esprit-de-Corps band
competition on Saturday, September 25th, and the State 5A band
championships, we sell programs to spectators. You
can sell ads for this program, with 80% of the selling pricing going
towards your assessment account! Sell to friends, family, and
businesses for as little as $25, with their ad printed in the program for
all to see. This year, an ad sponsor
gets two for the price of one. That is an ad in both
programs for one price!
To be included for the Palmetto program, ad sales are due by Saturday, September 10.
Forms and payment can be placed in the booster box in the band room or
mailed to the Band Boosters PO Box listed on the info sheet.

PATRON SPONSORS - ongoing
|
Assessment fundraiser. Sell to family, friends, businesses. Pick
up stickers and forms on Thursday nights at band field during
season. Drop off forms in the Booster box in the band room
or mail forms to the Band Booster post office box (address on
the form). If you would like a sales packet, please e-mail Susan
Robertson, fundraising coordinator, at
martyandsusan@att.net. She will mail you a sales
packet that includes instructions, three order forms, and three
patron stickers - all you need to sell.

PUBLIX and BI-LO REWARDS CARDS - ongoing
|
Use at
Publix when you shop and Publix will make a donation to the
band. It costs you nothing and the band benefits. If you would
like a Publix card, pick one up at the next Boosters meeting or e-mail us
and we will mail you one.

Use your Bi-Lo Rewards card and Bi-Lo will make a donation to
the band each time you use your card at any store. To sign up,
download and print the
Bi-Lo Irmo Band Booster Coupon,
take it to Bi-Lo, and have them scan it with your Bi-Lo Bonus
card. The program runs from August 1st through May 31st of
each year. You only need to do this once a year, anytime
during this time period, and every year thereafter (they remove
all the names after May 31st). It
costs you nothing and you still get all your normal shopping
benefits - plus the band benefits.
Both of these are general fundraisers.

FOOTBALL CONCESSION
General Fundraiser

We operate a concession at home football
games as a general fundraiser. We sell drinks, chips, candy, etc. Please look
for us at the games. We need volunteers to help
staff this concession for all home games. You can
sign up for first half or second half (or the
whole game!). Check the calendar for home games.

These are sold in denominations of $10, $25, $35, and $50 and
are good at any HoneyBaked Ham store, with no
expiration date. |
MORE TO COME! Fundraising is an integral part of the
Bands of Irmo program.
Student Assessments may be paid by cash, check,
or through fundraiser profits earned by the student
and their family. Any band fundraiser that is
designated as ‘individual’ or
‘general/individual’ will result in the
pre-determined portion being automatically added to
the student’s individual account when earned.
This money will be applied towards the assessment,
reducing the expense to the parent. Fundraiser
monies earned through participation in general band
fundraisers are not credited directly to a student's individual
account, but towards the overall band budget.
