Hi-Steppers to Perform at Irmo Basketball Games The Hi-Steppers will be performing at selected half-time breaks during the girls and men's basketball games on Friday nights.  Stay tuned for the next performance date.

Spring Trip to Williamsburg

The Irmo Band has been invited to perform at the Heritage Music Festival in Williamsburg, VA.  The festival is April 23-26, 2009. This is an exciting opportunity to perform at a great location and see some of our nation's early history.

The members of Symphonic Winds, plus others that have or will be auditioned by Mr. Coakley from Symphonic Band and Percussive Arts, will make up the band.

Cost for the festival is $325.00 per student. This include the cost of the festival, hotel room (4 per room), bus transportation, Colonial Williamsburg tour, Busch Gardens ticket, and meals.

Registrations with initial payment must be turned in by January 9.  Place in the Booster box in the band room.

Final Assessments Due The final assessment payment was due Oct. 1. All your assessments should be paid or have fundraising orders to cover it.

The band only operates with assessments to supplement what the school provides. The Boosters need funds to pay the bills for the season. Please honor your commitment to the program.
