Dear Irmo Band Families,

Tuesday 9/6/2011 is the day to pick up your cobb items at the practice field. You will be able to pick up you items beginning at 5:30 pm from the brick portable.

When you bring your student to practice please park and come by the brick portable to sign out your items. Please do not stop next to the ropes and cause a traffic jam but park over in the lot and walk over.

We also will need a hand beginning at 4:00 pm to unload the items and to sort them. If you could give about an hour to help sort or an hour beginning at 5:00 pm to hand out orders and help carry items to cars please come to the brick portable anytime you can help.

Many hands make light work.
