In planning for the 2nd annual Irmo Band Garage Sale event, We will need everyone to pitch in to help pull this off! We have lots of jobs for students and parents to help with. A schedule with your job will be given out next week at band camp. However, if you have a specific time slot and/or job you would like to do, please email me with your requests. Also, if, for some reason, you will be unable to attend, please let me know that, as well. If you have reserved a table, you will not be assigned a shift, as you will already be working your table. So, if you would like to reserve a table, please let me know. The jobs are set-up, working the general fund table, runners, clean-up, assisting with breakfast, traffic, crowd control, and other odd jobs. The times for shifts are 1) Early Birds 5:30-7am (these will be by request only, not assigned, so if you are an early bird, let me know to put you down for this set-up shift!), 2) 7-8:30, 3) 8:30-10, and 4) 10-11:30. There will also be a Friday night shift, to help do last minute things after band practice is over. If you have a specific request, email me. Otherwise, please look for the schedule to come home next week!
