Subject: Williamsburg trip High School students only
Dear Band Family,
Well the final numbers are in for the Williamsburg Spring Festival trip, the total cost is $234.00 per person. Please send a check in with your student to give to Mr. Simpson to hold a seat for your student. If you have fundraising credit and would like to use that for your deposit or payment please send in a note to Mr. Simpson with your student. Below is the basic schedule;
Friday 4/13/2012 leave Irmo High School, arrive Virginia check into the hotel and perform that night.
Saturday 4/14/2012 Busch Gardens all day
Sunday 4/15/2012 Kings Dominion half the day, return to Irmo
1st payment to hold a seat $25.00 due 1/25/2012
2nd payment $75.00 due 2/10/2012
3rd payment $100.00 due 2/24/2012
Final payment due 3/9/2012
Just a reminder your students account must be current in order to qualify for the trip. We will have a maximum of 10 chaperone spaces available. If you would like to be on the list for one of these spaces please send John Lindower an email here at theirmoband@yahoo.com. The final day for full payment is 3/9/2012 no exceptions can be made.
Hi-steppers have a chance to perform at Busch Gardens on Saturday if we have 10 performers, please let Angela Lagroon know this week if you would like you Hi-Stepper to be part of this trip. The cost will be the same as band members.
Please remember the deadline for selling coupon books is January 30th, if you need more books please reply to this email with your students name and how many books you would like. They will be in Mr. Simpson office in an envelope with their name on it. The coupon books sell for $20.00 and your student receives $8.00 per book sold.
